• Contribute to the shared leadership and governance of the theatre company
• Support Bear events

• Must be proficient in Google Workspace (docs, drive, sheets, etc.)
• Must attend 10 of 12 board meetings annually

• Canva Pro proficiency
• Adobe Photoshop and Firefly, preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively & utilize feedback to iterate on design versions

• Collaborate with graphic designers to create engaging posts, stories and reels
• Maintain open communication with the board and show production teams  to get pertinent info

• Previous experience working with Meta ads strongly preferred
